Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

After choosing to place an order with Belle Odori Luxury Collection, we are pleased to advise of the following process:

  1. You shall receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed.
  2. When goods are dispatched you shall receive an email confirming your delivery has been successfully shipped.
Delivery to Australian residents is charged at a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders under 15kgs. Larger wholesale orders may be charged an additional shipping price depending on weight and number of boxes needed to ship your goods.

Orders over $100 (and within the 15kg restriction) will receive free shipping. Belle Odori Luxury Collection reserves the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.

Delivery is available to Australian and New Zealand residents only. For information about international orders please contact us at info@belleodori.com.au

Belle Odori Luxury Collection uses sendle courier service for all deliveries. Some post codes within Australia and New Zealand may be outside of their delivery zone in which we are unable to ship to, and if so, a full refund of your order will be provided. Alternatively, a different courier company such as Australia Post can be used for an additional shipping cost. Shipping cost to New Zealand will be calculated at checkout. Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (weekdays) of being received except on public holidays or during festive seasons.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Every effort is genuinely made to get your order to you as soon as possible.
  • Orders within QLD & NSW: please allow 2 to 5 business days after shipment of delivery.
  • Orders outside QLD that are within Australia, please allow 7 to 10 business after shipment of delivery.
  • New Zealand orders please allow up to 16 working days after shipment.

Damaged Goods

I take pride in my product, prompt delivery and safe packaging but if your goods are ever damaged when received, I will be very happy to replace any damaged goods on the condition that you provide photographic evidence ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY of each individually damaged item and notify me of the damage immediately.

Failure to provide photographic evidence on the day of any damaged goods received, as outlined above, and failure to notify me immediately will result in me being unable to process a successful insurance claim which in turn will effectively forfeit your right to any product replacement claim.

Belle Odori Luxury Collection reserves the right to decline refunds of damages goods if evidence is not suffice.

Pricing

All pricing is displayed in Australian Dollar (AUD) inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). In the interest of fairness to consumers and retailers our products are set at recommended retail pricing. Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice.

Returns

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us immediate after receiving your products via email info@belleodori.com.au and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.

Belle Odori Luxury Collection does not have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.
